There is a common misconception that monitoring pH will provide an accurate snapshot of the acidity of a sample. The webinar will show why this belief is not accurate by providing analytical data and real-life examples and to make people aware of how these measurements compliment each other so that they can take advantage of all of the information in their sample. To this end, the webinar will provide an overview of all methodologies that can be used to monitor these two parameters so that a brewery of any size can implement affordable pH and TA testing.
