What’s the Hype?

It’s a high-stakes, high-fun showdown where 20+ incredible Colorado breweries bring their A-game—and one full keg—to see who can empty their keg first! But this isn’t just about bragging rights (though there will be plenty of that!). Every beer poured is a win for the whole Colorado craft beer scene, as this whole shebang is a big fundraiser for the Colorado Brewers Guild. That’s right—drinking beer to support more beer. It’s the ultimate beer karma! 

The Lowdown

• When: Friday November 21st, 2-4pm 
• Make sure to arrive by 1:45pm to get in the tent before the tapping at 2:00pm!
• Where: The party’s at Call to Arms Brewing, in their outdoor tent. 4526 Tennyson St, Denver, CO 80212
• Why: To raise money for the Colorado Brewers Guild! Your ticket and enthusiasm directly support the people who make our state’s beer so legendary.
• The Prize: The triumphant brewery that Kicks the Keg first walks away with a cool $500!

  • The Fun: Watch the action unfold as 20+ kegs get drained in an epic two-hour dash.
  • Attendees: The person who gets the very last pour from the winning keg walks away with their choice of two tickets to a signature CBG event! Choose from: Two Early entry tickets to Collaboration Fest (April 2026, Westminster) or two VIP tickets to the Colorado Brewers Rendezvous (July 2026, Salida) Talk about being in the right place at the right time.
