Why Get Certified?
Becoming certified under this program marks your establishment as a premier destination for draft beer enthusiasts in Colorado. It’s your opportunity to stand out as a trusted venue where beer is served at its peak.
Managed by the Colorado Brewers Guild, this program not only benefits consumers but also supports local breweries by safeguarding the quality of their products once they leave the brewery floor.
What Does Certification Involve?
The certification process involves rigorous inspection based on three key criteria:
- Draft Line Maintenance: Regular cleaning of draft lines with documented proof.
- Glassware Hygiene: Impeccably clean glassware free from residue, ensuring beer tastes just as intended.
- Presentation Standards: Serving beer in appropriate glassware without freezing, with the correct level of foam, and promptly to maintain freshness.
