Horse & Dragon Brewing Company | Fort Collins | Pollinator Paradise Fresh Hop Pale Ale | TAPPING 9/25
Brewed with fresh hops from the City of Fort Collins Horticulture Department’s hop growing project at Twin Silo Park alongside malt from Troubadour Maltings, this refreshing and aromatic pale ale is deliciously local — a cheers to horticulture, growing and using local ingredients, and to Fort Collins Parks. Mountain Tap Brewery | Steamboat Springs | Picking Fresh Hops | TAPPING 8/28
Picking Fresh Hops IPA was brewed with all Colorado hops from Billy Goat Hop Farm in Montrose, CO. The hops were harvested and bundled in burlap bags throughout the night then immediately trucked to Silverthorne, where Mountain Tap brewmaster Rich Tucciarone loaded them up and drove them back to Steamboat to add to the beer. More than 75 pounds of hops were added to the brew kettle and hop back within 12 hours of being harvested in Montrose. Available at the taproom.

Mountain Tap Brewery | Steamboat Springs | Elkstone Elixir | TAPPING 8/28
Elkstone Elixir was brewed with hops grown right up the road at Elkstone Farm in Strawberry Park, Steamboat Springs. The hops were harvested by Elkstone Farm and Mountain Tap staff at peak ripeness early one morning then added to the brew within hours of being harvested. The resulting fresh hop German-style pilsner drinks light like a lager but with a unique fresh hoppy flavor and aroma. Available at the taproom.

A German Pilsner brewed with fresh Crystal hops from Billy Goat Hop Farm in Montrose, Colorado. The Crystal hops contribute delicate citrus and stone fruit flavors that are perfect for a fresh hopped pilsner. Available at the taproom.

Mythmaker Brewing | Fort Collins | The Embalmer | TAPPING 9/25
A West Coast Style IPA brewed with Root Shoot Pilsner Malt and hopped with fresh Amarillo from Crosby Hops. Clean, crisp, and citrusy. Available at the taproom.

After gathering Chinook hops from Voss Farms in Arvada, New Terrain brought the whole cone hops back to the brewery and brewed up a dank, wet-hopped, west coast style IPA that will leave a lasting impression on you, just like footprints from stepping into the first fresh powder of the season. Stronghouse Brew Pub | Telluride | Wet Hop Dream | TAPPING 9/3
Brewed with Copper Comet and Chinook from San Juan neighbors Billy Goat Hop Farm. Harvested the morning of the brew, the hops go from field to kettle in three hours, making it one of the freshest hop beers available. A simple grain recipe showcases the finest hops the Western Slope of Colorado has to offer. Available at the taproom.

Whirlpooled entirely with Billy Goat fresh Chinook hops combined with a Mosaic & Chinook base, merging classic and modern west coast IPA techniques. Available on draft and in 4-packs to go at the taproom.

This Hazy Fresh Hop IPA comes in at 6.7% ABV and is brewed with whole cone Citra, Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado Hops. It releases on October 3.
