This is the perfect BBQ Class for you!!!

Acclaimed and Award-winning Pitmaster and Executive Chef Jeff Gebott will take you on this carnivorous journey. From the techniques in preparation and cooking of all things pork, to making or purchasing your seasonings and sauces. He will also discuss more exotic cuts and how to acquire and cook them, along with advice on equipment, firewood, and most importantly what you need to have to be the BBQ king on the block.

A full catered Lunch will be served and includes Smoked Porchetta and Smoked Pulled Pork and sides of Creamy Cucumber & Tomato Salad, Watermelon and Feta Salad, as well as Mac N’ Cheese. Smoked chicken Wings will be passed out during the class to keep you going. Admission also includes a free draft beer. Come Hungry and Leave FULL.

Tickets cost $65 for single tickets or drop to $60 per person in groups of two or more.
