Pateros Creek Brewing (pronounced Puh-Tare-Ohs) is said by local historians to be the original name of the Cache la Poudre River which flows through Fort Collins.
Family owned and operated, we are focusing on leisure beers created by local history and local ideals to bring forth some new and old styles that speak to the community. Whether you need a quaffing beer to pass away a lazy afternoon sitting on a patio in downtown or you want to expand your ideas of what a great beer can be and share it with friends, Pateros Creek Brewing will satisfy your palate.
The Brewery has five standard beers we call The Legends that are brewed year-round: Cache la Porter, Howe’s It Hangin’ IPA, Old Town Ale, Car 21, and Rustic Red. Old Town Ale, Cache la Porter, and Rustic Red are also available in 16 oz. 6-packs of cans. Other styles are in cans on a limited basis. In addition, we have a constantly rotating set of seasonal and one-off beers we call our Renegades to keep things interesting. We also do a one-off keg of a beer we call The Outlaw every Thursday and when it’s gone, it’s gone. Having fun, pushing the limits and experimenting with new ingredients and processes are what drive the Outlaw Tap!
