We are a Brewery Tap House and full Restaurant with 56 taps all dedicated to Colorado Brewed Beers. We feature anywhere from 4-8 (sometimes more) of our own biers and the rest are guest taps. There is usually 35-45 different breweries represented on our tap list and we rotate between 20-30 beers every week. In addition to full pours we offer flights of 5 beers of most every beer on our tap list, allowing our patrons to take a mini brewery tour of Colorado without ever leaving their seat. We also provide a selection of Colorado spirits and wine for the non-beer lovers. The 2nd Thursday of every month we do a mini tap takeover with a featured brewery with raffles and prizes and bi monthly we host a beer dinner with a different brewery. We have a scratch kitchen and source all of our meat locally. It is all antibiotic and hormone free, as well as grass fed. We have a full menu including appetizers, burgers and sandwiches, salads, entrees, desserts, a kids menu, and daily specials. We also offer vegetarian and gluten free options. Our Head Brewer Adam Draeger and Assistant Brewer Erin Franklin Hutton brew a wide vareitity of unique beers on our 1bbl system. Our two flagships the Bitter off Dead DIPA and Dead Kaiser Berlinerweiss can always be found on tap. In addition they are constantly trying out new and creative recipes like Cinnamon Almond Ale, Stay Puft Marshmallow Brown, Brown of the Dead India Brown Ale, Zomzilla Imp Wasabi Stout, Little Orange Hon Annie Belgian Fruit Beer, and 421 Hawaiian Pizza Beer to name a few. Their beers rotate frequently as well so there is always something new to try.
